In late 2013, we decided to undertake major renovations to our 30 year old house which we purchased almost three years before.

At the time of making the decision to renovate, an honest assessment of the condition of the house was shabby, tired, and badly in need of a “face lift”. The pergola area needed replacing, the ancient air conditioning unit had to go, walls needed patching, the laundry needed a complete overhaul and the kitchen desperately needed revamping – it was just an embarrassment.

Trying to engage individual tradespeople proved “impossibly” challenging and then, quite by chance, we found our builders while having a new boundary fence erected.

Can-Do-All-Trades Pty Ltd proprietors Antoni Latter and Clifford Coombe were instrumental in changing our “run down house” into a modern, comfortable and stylish quality home.

There is synergy between the personal qualities, skills and individual acumen of each proprietor Antoni and Clifford, which enables outstanding results to be delivered to customers. Antoni’s design “vision” and his knowledge of the building trade and other trades, resulted in the smooth operational function of Can-Do-All-Trades Pty Ltd.  As well, his skills and ability to develop and maintain a rapport with customers and colleagues was paramount at all times.

Clifford is a skilled professional craftsman and his work with timber is both meticulous and outstanding. Both Antoni and Clifford have very high work ethics and standards and at all times they were reviewing the work to ensure these standards were being met.

Throughout all building stages, from design through to completion, both Antoni and Clifford listened to our wants and needs and proposed quality economic strategies, to pursue our desired outcomes within our budget.

Just some of the work completed included: – improving access and egress to the house via extending the driveway; replacing old windows with glass/timber doors; adding a new patio and covered pergola; tiling from front door through to the kitchen/family room and laundry; replacing the front and back doors and frames; matching the Tesrol kitchen panels and doors, into the laundry; adding display cupboards to the kitchen; modernising the skylight plus painting and staining.

Naturally other trades were involved however, they were all associates of Can-Do-All-Trades Pty Ltd e.g. plumber; electrician; tiler etc., all of whom were professional, polite, prompt and courteous. Most importantly to us as customers, all proved to be working to the same high quality standards.

We greatly appreciate the effort taken by Can-Do-All-Trades Pty Ltd and associate professional tradespeople who worked on our renovations.  We would highly recommend Can-Do-All-Trades Pty Ltd proprietors, Antoni Latter and Clifford Coombe, to anyone seeking quality workmanship within the building industry.
